微信健康教育在小儿包皮术前护理及术后康复指导中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析微信健康教育在小儿包皮术前护理及术后康复指导中的应用。方法选取2022年7月-2022年8月60例包皮患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组30例,观察组30例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组给予微信健康教育。比较两组患儿健康信念量表评分、依从性、焦虑、疼痛程度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组在个人健康信念、感到有实施能力、感到有控制力、感到有资源利用、感到有威胁五个方面的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS及VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论微信健康教育可以帮助小儿包皮患儿树立良好的健康信念,提升依从性,改善焦虑及疼痛程度,且不良反应明显减少,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application of WeChat health education in pre-operative care and post-operative rehabilitation guidance for children with foreskin.Methods 60 cases of prepuced children from July 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received WeChat health education.The scores,compliance,anxiety,pain degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of personal health belief,sense of implementation ability,sense of control,sense of resource utilization and sense of threat(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat health education can help children with foreskin establish good health beliefs,improve compliance,improve anxiety and pain,and significantly reduce complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
