藏红花高渗盐水治疗外科难治性伤口的作用和处理方案探讨

摘　　要：目的分析在实施外科难治性伤口治疗中藏红花高渗盐水的作用以及处理方案。方法此研究在2019年7月-2022年12月期间于天津市河西区中医医院接受外科难治性伤口治疗的患者中随机选取52例开展实验分析,根据电脑随机分组法实现患者的分组,共分为两组,其中一组为观察组,伤口处置措施为藏红花高渗盐水治疗+全面处理方案,另外一组为对照组,伤口处置措施为常规伤口换药。结果相对于对照组患者,观察组患者治疗有效率相对较高,伤口愈合时间、住院时间相对较短,处理后伤口疼痛评分较低,心理状态更为理想且伤口不良事件发生更少,两组患者存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。处理前两组患者伤口疼痛评分、心理状态评分均并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论在实施外科难治性伤口治疗的过程中藏红花高渗盐水是一种相对较为理想的治疗药物,而想要更好地发挥其作用,积极开展伤口全面处理干预是非常重要的,有助于更为理想治疗效果的获得以及预后改善。Objective To analyze the effect and treatment of saffron hypertonic saline in the treatment of refractory surgical wounds.Methods A total of 52 patients with refractory surgical wounds were randomly selected from a hospital from July 2019 to December 2022,the patients were divided into two groups according to the method of computer randomization.One group was the observation group,which was treated with saffron hypertonic saline+comprehensive treatment,and the other group was the control group,the dressing used is conventional wound dressing.Results As a result,patients in the observation group had a relatively high response rate compared with patients in the control group,the time of wound healing and hospitalization were shorter,the score of wound pain was lower,the psychological status was better and the incidence of adverse events was less in the observation groups,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of pain and mental status between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Saffron hypertonic saline is a relatively ideal drug in the treatment of refractory surgical wounds,and it is very important to carry out comprehensive wound management intervention in order to exert its effect better,it is helpful to obtain more ideal treatment effect and improve prognosis.
