摘　　要：接种人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗预防宫颈癌正在广泛深入地开展,HPV疫苗安全性成为社会各界共同关注的问题。通过分析影响疫苗安全性的因素,结合临床试验和上市后监测数据资料,专家们一致认为HPV疫苗总体安全性良好,在健康女性中具有良好的耐受性。本文亦对HPV疫苗接种安全性相关问题和疑似预防接种异常反应的处置提出建议,以期进一步提高相关领域工作人员对HPV疫苗安全性的认知,减少疫苗接种相关风险,保障受种者安全,助力HPV疫苗的安全接种和接种安全。The vaccination of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine to prevent cervical cancer is widely and deeply carried out,and the safety of HPV vaccine has become a common concern of all sectors of society.By analyzing the factors that affect the safety of vaccines,combined with clinical trials and post market monitoring data,experts unanimously believe that the overall safety of HPV vaccines is good and has good tolerance in healthy women.This article also provides suggestions for addressing issues related to the safety of HPV vaccination and suspected abnormal reactions during vaccination,in order to further enhance the awareness of relevant field staff on the safety of HPV vaccines,reduce vaccine related risks,ensure the safety of recipients,and assist in the safe vaccination and vaccination of HPV vaccines.
