摘　　要：在有关美丽乡村生态环境"谁来治?如何治?效果如何?"的讨论中,培育村庄环境治理的内生动力和促进乡村居民参与环境保护被视为实现乡村环境社会良治的重要路径。本文提出"环境治理效果评价-环境参与意愿-(社区归属感)-环境参与行为"解释框架,利用田野调查数据加以检验,发现:乡村居民的环境参与行为包括生态环境参与行为、生产环境参与行为和生活环境参与行为;村民对环境治理效果的评价直接影响其生态环境参与行为,同时通过环境参与意愿间接影响三类环境参与行为;社区归属感差异化地调节环境治理效果评价、环境参与意愿与不同环境参与行为的关系。因此,通过村庄空间再造,带动村民创业创收,激发村民对社区的归属感,增强其参与乡村环境治理的意愿和积极性,提升其环境参与行为,是为美丽乡村建设的内生动力。In the discussion on the main body,methods,and effect of ecological and environmental governance of beautiful countryside project,cultivating the endogenous power of rural environmental governance and enhancing the environmental participation behavior of rural residents are regarded as important paths to realize the good governance of rural environmental society.This paper put forward an explanatory framework of"environmental governance effect evaluation-environmental participation willingness-community attachment-environmental participation behavior"and tested it with field survey data.The study found that(1)Rural residents'environmental participation behaviors include ecological environmental,production environmental,and living environmental participation behaviors;(2)Rural residents'evaluation of environmental governance effects directly affects their ecological environmental participation behavior,and also indirectly affects their environmental participation behavior through their willingness to participate in the environment;(3)Community attachment moderates the relationships among environmental governance effect evaluation,environmen-tal participation willingness and different environmental participation behaviors differentially.This study believes that through the reconstruction of rural space according to local conditions,driving rural residents to start businesses and generating income,stimulating rural residents'community and homeland attachment,enhancing their willingness and enthusiasm to participate in rural environ-mental governance,and enhancing their environmental participation behaviors,all are the endogenous driving forces for the construction of beautiful countryside.
