经编组织对织物纬斜的影响研究

摘　　要：织物纬斜现象普遍存在,严重时会造成材料浪费或直接不能使用。引起织物纬斜的因素有很多,织物组织结构是其影响因素之一。经编织物组织结构也同样影响织物纬斜。含有氨纶的经编弹力织物,因氨纶编织张力较大及弹性力作用,织物松弛下来有较大应力要释放,加上组织结构方面影响,可能引起的织物纬斜会更明显。文章对经编织物纬斜进行描述,通过诸多实例,进一步说明组织结构对织物纬斜的影响,提出组织变形、对称垫纱和不对称垫纱等织物结构特点,为设计织物、减轻织物纬斜等提供参考。The phenomenon of skewing in fabric is common,and in severe cases,which can cause the waste of materials or even no use.There are many factors that cause skewing of warp knitted fabric,and the stitch of fabrics is also one of its influencing factors.The stitch and structure of warp knitted fabrics also affect the skewing of the fabrics.Due to the high knitting tension of spandex and the effect of elastic force,in warp knitted elastic fabrics containing spandex,there is a large amount of stress that needs to be released after the fabric relaxes.In addition,the influence of fabric structure may cause more significant fabric skewing.The skewing phenomenon of warp knitted fabric is also described.Through the analysis of several examples,the influence of the stitch of fabrics on skewing is further explained.The structural characteristics of fabrics such as fabric deformation,symmetric lapping and asymmetric lapping are put forward to remind attention to design fabrics and reduce skewing.
