摘 要:为解决莱赛尔纤维容易原纤化的问题,通常在纤维纺丝阶段进行交联,使其变成交联型纤维。但交联型莱赛尔纤维织物经过印染加工后交联效果变差。文中研究了碱处理对交联型莱赛尔纤维交联性能的影响。结果表明,氢氧化钠处理对交联型莱赛尔纤维交联性能的影响很大,其影响因素大小为:氢氧化钠浓度>处理温度>处理时间,经氢氧化钠溶液处理后交联型莱赛尔纤维的抗原纤化能力下降。In order to solve the problem that Lyocell fibers are easy to be fibrillated,crosslinking is usually carried out at the spinning stage to make them crosslinked.However,the crosslinking effect of cross-linked Lyocell fabric becomes worse after dyeing and printing.The effect of alkali treatment on crosslinking properties of crosslinked Lyocell fibers was studied.The results show that the sodium hydroxide treatment has a great influence on the crosslinking properties of cross-linked Lyocell fibers,and the influencing factors are as follows:sodium hydroxide concentration >treatment temperature >treatment time.The anti-fibrillation ability of cross-linked Lyocell fibers decreases after the sodium hydroxide solution treatment.
