黄柏的染色数据标准化研究

摘　　要：采用中药染料黄柏色素(小檗碱)对蚕丝织物进行染色,制作标准植物染料色卡。测量织物K/S值,拟合出织物K/S值与染料浓度的关系曲线及方程。购买来自曲靖、昭通、贵州的川黄柏作为染材,进行3次平行试验,对标准色卡进行验证;以确定黄柏专用标准色卡的测色和测量性能,提供可靠的基础数据和实用的标准色卡。Traditional Chinese medicine dye phellodendron pigment(berberine) was used to dye silk fabrics and produced standard plant dye color card.The testing measured the K/S value of the fabric,and fitted the relationship curve and equation between the K/S value of the fabric and the dye concentration.With phellodendron purchased from Qujing,Zhaotong,and Guizhou as dyeing materials,three parallel experiments were performed to verify the standard color card.The color measurement and performance of the Phellodendron Chinese dedicated standard color card was confirmed,providing reliable basic data and practical standard color card.
