摘　　要：[目的/意义]深入探讨突发公共卫生事件信息公开中话语策略对公众理解与接受信息公开内容的影响,揭示信息公开质量与信息公开效果间的内在作用关系。[方法/过程]基于结构主义理论思想,混合运用案例、话语分析与文本分析等方法,以新冠疫情期间两例典型信息公开案例为研究对象,探讨突发公共卫生事件信息公开中话语策略对信息受众的影响,以此为基础,分析揭示信息公开质量与信息公开效果间的内在作用关系。[结果/结论]研究认为:①信息内容质量、信息表达质量与公开效果间的影响作用关系呈现双路径特性;②作为突发公共事件信息公开质量和效果间的中间变量,信息受众情感在两者间发挥着关键性的纽带作用,而信息公开效果的本质是信息受众在信息公开文本系统所传递内容基础上的意义构建结果;③由语篇、语用双维度所构成的信息公开中信息表达质量凸显了突发公共卫生事件信息公开质量构成的独特属性。[Purpose/Significance]This paper investigates the impact of discourse strategies on the public understanding and acceptance of information disclosure,and reveals the internal relationship between the quality of information disclosure and the effectiveness of information disclosure.[Method/Process]Based on the structuralism theory,this paper used a mixture of case study,discourse analysis,and text analysis,then took two typical cases about information disclosure during COVID-19 as the research object to investigate the impact of discourse strategies on the public in emergency of public health.The internal relationship between the quality and the effect of information disclosure was analyzed and revealed.[Result/Conclusion]The research suggests that:(1)There is a dual-path influence relationship between the quality of information content,the quality of information expression,and the disclosure effect.(2)As an intermediate variable between the quality and effectiveness of public emergency information disclosure,the public’s emotion play a crucial role in them.And the essence of the information disclosure effect is the result of the meaning construction based on the content delivered by the information audience through the information disclosure text system;(3)The quality of information expression composed of discourse and pragmatics highlights the unique attributes of the quality of information disclosure in.public health emergency.
