摘  要:云南云天化红磷化工有限公司8万t/a合成氨装置即将停产,届时磷铵装置将无气氨来源,为此公司开展了磷铵装置气氨供给改造。通过计算气氨需求量、液氨蒸发所需热量以及分析热源,确定以磷酸浓缩装置蒸汽冷凝水作为氨蒸发的热源。改造后,在解决磷铵装置气氨供给问题的同时,将生产过程产生的废热有效再利用,提高能源利用效率,每年可节约费用514.61万元,带来较大的经济、环境和社会效益。The 80 kt/a synthetic ammonia plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.is about to stop production,and the ammonium phosphate plant will have no gas ammonia source at that time.Therefore,the company has carried out a reform of gas ammonia supply for ammonium phosphate plant.By calculating the demand for gas ammonia,the heat required for liquid ammonia evaporation,and analyzing the heat source,it is determined that the condensate of phosphoric acid concentrated plant is used as the heat source for ammonia evaporation.After reform,the problem of gas ammonia supply for ammonium phosphate plant is solved,as well as the waste heat generated during the production process is reused effectively,improving energy utilization efficiency,saving 5.1461 million RMB Yuan per year,bringing significant economic,environmental and social benefits.
