摘  要:GB/T 6909—2008《锅炉用水和冷却水分析方法 硬度的测定》不适用于测定硬度小于1μmol/L的水样。为准确分析硫黄制硫酸装置余热锅炉给水的微量硬度(≤2.0μmol/L),采用微量硬度指示剂法进行实验。结果表明,微量硬度指示剂法滴定终点变色灵敏,易于判定。该方法具有准确度高、成本低、易于操作、快速、高效等优点,值得在行业内推广应用。GB/T 69092008"Analysis of water used in boiler and cooling system—Determination of hardness"is not suitable for measuring water samples with hardness less than 1μmol/L.In order to accurately analyze the micro hardness(≤2.0μmol/L)in the waste heat boiler feed water of the sulfuric acid production process,the micro hardness indicator method is used for the experiment.The results show that the micro hardness indicator method is sensitive to the end point discoloration of titration,easy to determine.This method has advantages such as high accuracy,low cost,easy operation,fast and efficienct,and is worth promoting and applying in the industry.
