摘  要:为探究复合微生物菌剂对轻度盐碱地土壤改良及中药材红花产量的影响,安排了两处轻度盐碱地种植红花施用复合微生物菌剂的试验。结果表明:红花种植中施用复合微生物菌剂,两处试验点土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量均比对照显著提高,土壤水溶性盐质量分数比对照分别降低了8.47%、9.47%,土壤pH分别降低2.19%、1.03%,红花干花每公顷产量比对照增加23.45、18.40 kg,增产率为9.17%、7.65%,差异极显著。可见此种复合微生物菌剂对改良盐碱地土壤、增加中药材红花产量效果明显。In order to investigate the effects of compound microbial agent on soil improvement and safflower yield in mild saline-alkali soil,two experiments are arranged to plant safflower in mild saline-alkali land.The results show that the contents of organic matter,alkali hydrolysis N,available P and available K in soil are significantly higher than those in the control,compared with the control,the soil water-soluble salt content are decreased by 8.47%and 9.47%,the soil pH value are decreased by 2.19%and 1.03%,respectively,and the dry flower yield of safflower are increased by 23.45 kg/hm^(2)and 18.40 kg/hm^(2),respectively,the yield increase rates are 9.17%and 7.65%with significant difference.It can be seen that the compound microbial agent has obvious effect on improving saline-alkali soil and increasing the yield of safflower.
