摘 要:在市场环境下,计及市场有限信息及动态环境影响的分布式能源与虚拟电厂的双边动态聚合,能够提高参与人的积极性并有效保障聚合结果的稳定性,具有实际意义。基于此背景,计及市场环境下分布式能源与虚拟电厂的双层博弈关系,该文首先提出了多分布式能源及多虚拟电厂背景下的虚拟电厂聚合及运营机制。然后,基于势博弈理论构建了计及多种分布式能源的虚拟电厂调度模型,在确保虚拟电厂内部成员调度博弈均衡存在的同时用于支撑聚合决策的演化分析。进而,基于演化博弈理论,构建了分布式能源动态聚合于虚拟电厂的决策演化模型,实现对市场动态聚合结果的预测。最后,通过算例仿真及方法对比,验证了该文所提模型的可行性、普适性及所得聚合结果的市场均衡性。In the market environment,the bilateral dynamic aggregation of the distributed energy resources and the virtual power plant,which takes into account the limited information of the market and the dynamic environment,improves the enthusiasm of the participants and effectively guarantees the stability of the aggregation results,having a practical significance.Based on this background,considering the double-game relationship between the distributed energy resources and the virtual power plant in the market environment,this paper firstly proposes the virtual power plant aggregation and operation mechanism under the background of the multi-distributed energy resources and the multi-virtual power plant.Then,based on the potential game theory,a virtual power plant scheduling model is constructed,supporting the evolution analysis of the aggregation decision while ensuring the existence of the scheduling game equilibrium of the virtual power plant.Next,based on the evolutionary game theory,a decision evolution model of the distributed energy resources dynamic aggregation in the virtual power plant is constructed to predict the results of the market dynamic aggregation.Finally,the feasibility and universality of the proposed model and the market equilibrium of the obtained aggregation results are verified by simulation examples and the comparison with other methods.
