摘 要:现有的配电网接地故障柔性抑制方法受对地参数测量精度、负荷变化、接地故障电阻以及线路阻抗压降的影响较大。因此,提出了一种适应参数和负荷变化的配电网接地故障融合抑制方法,即在分析接地故障电流分布规律基础上,提出一种基于故障相电流调控的接地故障电流抑制方法。通过调控使得故障相电流与故障相负荷电流相等,实现故障点电流抑制,并提出了负荷电流的实时提取方法,该方法无需测量对地参数且可适应负荷变化。另外,根据单相接地故障的电流和电压抑制方法的适用范围,提出了电流、电压并行双闭环控制方法,同时抑制接地故障电流和电压,以适应接地故障电阻和线路阻抗压降的影响。仿真与实验结果证明了所提方法的有效性和优势。The existing flexible suppression methods of ground faults in distribution networks are greatly affected by the factors like the measurement accuracy of ground parameters,the load changes,the ground fault resistance and the line impedance voltage drop.Therefore,a novel fusion suppression for ground faults in distribution networks that adapts to the parameter and load changes is proposed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the ground fault current distribution law,a fault current suppression method based on the fault phase current regulation is put forward.The fault point current is suppressed by regulating the fault phase current to equal the fault phase load current.A real-time extraction for the load current is raised to adapt to the load changes without the measurement of the ground parameters.In addition,a parallel current-voltage double closed-loop control method is presented according to the application scope of the principles of current and voltage suppression.Both the fault current and voltage are suppressed to accommodate the effects of the ground fault resistance and line impedance voltage drop.Simulation and experimental results prove the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed method.
