摘　　要：为了贯彻“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”的治水方针,以及“以水定城、以水定地、以水定人、以水定产”要求,提升水资源利用效率,国家标准《城市居民生活用水量标准》(GB/T 50331-2002)经修订后发布公告。本次修订以国内外城市居民生活用水量调研为基础,确定以人均水资源量禀赋状况为划分标准,对城市居民生活用水量进行了分级,并提出了相应的指标上限值。In order to implement the control policy of water saving priority,spatial equilibrium,systematic governance,and giving full play to the roles of both government&market and improve the efficiency of water resources utilization,the new edition of The standard of domestic water consumption for urban residents has been comprehensively revised and released.Based on the survey of domestic water consumption of urban residents at home and abroad,this revision determines the per capita water resource endowment as the classification standard,classifies the domestic water consumption of urban residents,and proposes the corresponding upper limit of the index,which is of great significance for strengthening urban water supply management and improving water resource utilization efficiency.
