摘 要:为开发适用于呼和浩特某工业园区污废水和回用水的综合处理工艺,以现有污水处理厂出水为原水,考察了臭氧催化氧化工艺对工业废水的深度处理效果,并系统探究了催化剂种类、臭氧投加量和反应时间对COD去除效率的影响。试验结果表明,经生化处理后的反渗透浓水与一期和二期反硝化滤池出水混合后,在催化剂活性组分为锰、臭氧投加量为75 mg/L条件时,COD浓度可从50~60 mg/L降至25~35 mg/L以下,出水水质满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅴ类标准。In order to develop a comprehensive treatment process suitable for sewage wastewater and reuse water in an industrial park,the advanced treatment effect of ozone catalytic oxidation process on industrial wastewater with effluent from existing sewage treatment plants as raw water,and the effects of catalyst type,ozone dosage and reaction time on COD removal efficiency were systematically analyzed.The results showed that the COD concentration can be reduced from 50~60 mg/L to 25~35 mg/L under the condition that the catalyst active group is composed of manganese and ozone dosage is 75 mg/L after mixing the reverse osmosis concentrated water after biochemical treatment with the effluent of primary and secondary denitrification filter.The comprehensive effluent water quality meets the V standard of Surface water environmental qualitystandard(GB3838-2002).
