摘  要:西南某动力电池用碳纳米管导电液生产废水处理工程采用物化混凝沉淀-砂滤-树脂吸附-超滤-二级反渗透-电渗析-两级蒸汽再压缩蒸发系统组合工艺,设计规模为300m/d,其中废水主要包含纯化废水、真空泵废水、初期雨水,废水总氮、硬度、镍含量高。废水经处理后,出水水质达到《城市再生利用工业水水质》(GB/T19923-2005)中的锅炉补给水标准,且总氮稳定小于40 mg/L,总镍稳定小于0.1mg/L。浓盐水使用两级蒸汽再压缩蒸发系统(MVDR)蒸发结晶硝酸钠,盐纯度高于98%达到一般工业盐标准。该项目自2023年5月正式运行以来,处理效果稳定,出水水质良好,做到废水近零排放,具有良好的环境与经济效益。A wastewater treatment project has been implemented in southwest of China specifically for treating the carbon nanotube conductive liquid production wastewater generated by power battery manufacturing.The project employs a comprehensive treatment process that combines physical and chemical coagulation precipitation,sand filter,resin adsorption,ultrafiltration(UF),two-stage reverse osmosis(RO),electrodialysis(ED),and a mechanical vapor dual recompression system(MVDR).The treatment facility has a designed capacity of 300 m*/d.The wastewater comprises mainly purified wastewater,vacuum pump wastewater,and initial rainwater,with exceptionally high levels of total nitrogen,hardness,and total nickel.Following the treatment process,the effluent water quality meets The reuse of urban recycling waterWater quality standard for industrial uses(GB/T 19923-2005)for boiler recharge water,with the total nitrogen remaining consistently below 40 mg/L,total nickel remaining consistently below 0.1 mg/L.Furthermore,a mechanical vapor dual recompression system(MVDR)is employed to evaporate and crystallize sodium nitrate,resulting in salt purity exceeding 98%and meeting the general industrial salt standard.Since the project commencement in May 2023,the wastewater treatment project has demonstrated stable operation,consistently achieving excellent effluent water quality.Notably,the project has successfully achieved zero discharge of wastewater,contributing to environmental sustainability and resource conservation.
