摘 要:采用旁路耦合三丝间接电弧焊及熔化极活性气体保护焊(MAG)两种焊接工艺对12 mm厚Q345船用钢进行对接焊试验,对比分析了两种焊接工艺的焊接能耗及效率、力学性能及接头组织。结果表明,在总焊接电流为420 A、焊速为600 mm/min条件下,采用旁路耦合三丝间接电弧焊实现了单道焊缝良好成形,接头平均抗拉强度为505 MPa;而单MAG焊在总焊接电流700 A条件下,采用三层三道焊工艺,实现了良好的焊缝成形,接头的平均抗拉强度为534 MPa。本试验条件下,旁路耦合三丝间接电弧焊的焊接能耗仅为单MAG焊的63%,而焊丝熔敷速率为单MAG焊的2.76倍。Butt welding of 12 mm thick Q345 marine steel is carried out by using the bypass coupling triple-wire indirect arc(BCTW-GIA)welding and metal active gas(MAG)welding.The welding energy consumption,efficiency,mechanical properties and joint structure of the two welding processes are compared and analyzed.The results show that under the conditions of the total welding current of 420 A and welding speed of 600 mm/min,the single-pass weld with good formation is obtained by the BCTW-GIA welding,and the average tensile strength of the welded joint is 505 MPa.However,the MAG welding achieves good welding formation with a total welding current of 700 A and a three-layer and three-pass welding process,and the average tensile strength of the joint is 534 MPa.Under the experimental conditions,the welding energy consumption of the BCTW-GIA welding is only 63%of that of the MAG welding,and the welding wire deposition rate is 2.76 times of that of the MAG welding.
