摘  要:热塑性复合材料以其优越的性能已经被广泛应用于各个行业,而超声波焊接技术(USW)为热塑性复合材料连接提供了新的方法。本文首先对热塑性复合材料超声波焊接过程和焊接机理进行了介绍,其次详细分析了热塑性复合材料的焊接工艺以及导能筋形状对焊接过程中的影响和最佳焊接工艺,最后对热塑性复合材料和热固性复合材料以及金属之间的超声波焊接技术进行了讨论,并对热塑性复合材料超声波焊接的未来进行了展望。Thermoplastic composites had been widely used in various industries for their superior properties,and ultrasonic welding technology(USW)provided a new method for thermoplastic composite joining.In this paper,the thermoplastic composite ultrasonic welding process and welding mechanism were introduced firstly,followed by a detailed analysis of the thermoplastic composite welding process and the influence of the shape of the energy director on the welding process and the optimal welding process,and finally the ultrasonic welding technology between thermoplastic and thermoset composites and metals were discussed.And the future of ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic composites was prospected.
