同步双向拉伸聚丁二酸丁二醇酯薄膜的结构与性能

摘　　要：作为一种全生物降解塑料,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的高性能化以及应用开发获得了广泛关注。本文采用同步双向拉伸方法制备了纯PBS以及分别添加0.5%和1%扩链剂的双向拉伸薄膜。结果显示,随着拉伸比增加至3.5×3.5,纵向、横向的取向度分别从0.02增加至0.48和0.45;结晶度增加(15±2)%;且发生了α→β晶型转变,β晶含量随着拉伸比增加而增加;纵横向的拉伸强度分别增加了(9.3±1)MPa和(8.5±1)MPa;拉伸模量分别增加341 MPa和316 MPa;水蒸气透过率和氧气透过率同步提高,分别增加184.2 g/(m^(2)·24 h)和463.6 cm^(3)·cm/(m^(2)·24 h·0.1 MPa)。相比纯PBS薄膜,添加0.5%和1%扩链剂后,纵向、横向取向度分别增加(11.5±2)%和(20.1±2)%;结晶度分别增加(3±0.5)%和(7±0.5)%;拉伸强度分别提高(4±1)%和(10±1)%;氧气透过率提高48.9%、61.4%,水蒸气透过率提高13.9%和24.8%。2.5×2.5拉伸比下制备的添加1%扩链剂改性PBS薄膜综合性能最佳。As a fully biodegradable plastic,polybutylene succinate(PBS)had gained much attention for its high performance and application development.In this paper,the biaxially oriented pure PBS films and the films modified with 0.5%and 1%chain extender,respectively,were prepared by simultaneous biaxial stretching method.The results show that the orientation degree along machine and transverse direction increases from 0.02 to 0.48 and 0.45,respectively,with the stretching ratios increasing to 3.5×3.5.The crystallinity increases(15±2)%.Theαcrystal changes to crystalβ,and theβcrystal contents increases with the increase of stretching ratios.The tensile strength increases by(9.3±1)MPa and(8.5±1)MPa,respectively.The modulus increases by 341 MPa and 316 MPa.The water and oxygen permeability properties increase simultaneously by 184.2 g/m^(2)24 h and 463.6 cm^(3)cm/m^(2)24 h0.1 MPa.Comparing with pure PBS film,the addition of 0.5%and 1%chain extender increases the orientation degree by(11.5±2)%and(20.1±2)%,respectively,the crystallinity increases by 3%±0.5%and 7%±0.5%,respectively,the tensile strength increase by 4%±1%and 10%±1%,respectively,the oxygen permeability increases by 48.9%and 61.4%and water permeability increases by 13.9%and 24.8%,respectively.The PBS film with 1%chain extender prepared under 2.5×2.5 stretching ratios exhibits the best overall performance.
