摘  要:回收碳纤维增强尼龙6复合材料(PA6/rCF)可在实现轻量化的同时,降低碳纤维生产可持续成本及工程塑料的成本,但目前存在性能偏低、稳定性差的问题。通过研究对比不同rCF及PA6/rCF,为筛选rCF以及制备高性能PA6/rCF提供依据。针对进口和国产T400消费级回收碳纤维(crCF)、工业级回收级碳纤维(irCF)以及正牌碳纤维(vCF)的表观形貌、表面化学成分及耐热性展开了研究。制备并分析了不同种类30%(质量比)回收碳纤维增强PA6复合材料的力学性能、界面性能和热力学性能。结果表明在相同的制备工艺下,几种PA6/rCF30拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量可达到正牌碳纤维(vCF)增强PA6降低的90%,但缺口冲击降低较多。就缺口冲击而言,国产PA6/crCF相比PA6/vCF降低至77%,国产PA6/irCF降低至66%。Carbon fiber reinforced nylon 6(PA6/rCF)not only provided lightweight,but also could reduce life cycle cost of virgin carbon fiber production and the cost of engineering plastics.However,there were some common issues of poor quality and unstable performance.By a series study of different rCF and PA6/rCF,the references for rCF selection and high performance PA6/rCF preparation were provided.The surface morphology,chemical composition and thermal stability of four types of T400 grade recycled carbon fibers from post customer(crCF),post industry(irCF)imported and domestic and virgin CF(vCF)were characterized.The mechanical properties,interfacial properties and thermal mechanical pwperties of different 30%mass ratios recycled carbon fiber reinforced PA6 composites were studied.Mechanical properties show that the largest difference of tensile strength and flexure properties between five types of PA6/rCF30 is in 90%,while the notched impact has a big difference.Comparing with PA6/vCF,notched impact of PA6/crCF from domestic reduces to 77%,notched impact of PA6/irCF form domestic reduces to 66%.
