摘  要:本文首先采用了溶液氧化法制备了聚多巴胺(PDA)颗粒,然后以PDA颗粒为改性添加剂,以柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)为环保增塑剂,通过双螺杆熔融共混制备了软质聚氯乙烯/聚多巴胺(PVC-PDA)复合材料。考察了PDA添加量对所制备的软质PVC-PDA的性能影响规律,并对复合材料的微观结构、力学性能、增塑剂迁移及亲水性能等进行表征。结果表明,在PDA质量分数为1%时,与纯PVC相比,拉伸强度提高了87%,断裂伸长率提高了23%;在去离子水和乙醇中浸泡48 h后发现,PVC-1%PDA复合材料的质量损失相较于纯PVC,分别下降了39.3%和42.1%;同时随着PDA含量的增加,复合材料亲水性增强。In this paper,polydopamine(PDA)particles were prepared by solution oxidation method,and then soft polyvinyl chloride/polydopamine(PVC-PDA)composites were prepared by twin-screw melt blending with PDA particles as modification additive and tributyl citrate(TBC)as environmental plasticizer.The effect of the amount of PDA on the properties of PVC-PDA was investigated,and the microstructure,mechanical properties,plasticizer migration and hydrophilic properties of the composite were characterized.The results show when the content of PDA is 1%,the tensile strength is increased by 87%and the elongation at break is increased by 23%comparing with pure PVC.After soaking in deionized water and ethanol for 48 h,it is found that the mass loss of PVC-1%PDA composite decreases by 39.3%and 42.1%comparing with pure PVC,respectively.The hydrophilicity of the composite increases with the increase of PDA contents.
