摘　　要：食品用包材的安全性是消费者关注的热点。作者通过对食品用塑料复合膜袋中溶剂残留量项目不合格的原因、检验方法存在的问题、生产工艺、原材料采购及使用、基质的影响等方面进行分析,研究认为检测时应考虑原材料、检验方法和样品基质效应等影响。对比我国与欧盟、美国相关标准或法规要求,从企业层面、政府层面、消费者层面对食品用复合膜袋产品质量提出了控制措施和建议。建议国家相关部门尽快修订复合膜袋的产品标准和卫生标准,加强产品的质量风险监测,消除潜在风险,建立专业的绿色包装评价标准体系,促进食品包材行业新技术、新业态、新的消费模式的出现,为实现绿色包装提供有力的技术支持。The safety of food packaging materials was a hot topic for consumers.Through the analysis of the causes of unqualified solvent residues in plastic composite film bags for food,the problems of test methods,the production technology of products,the purchase and use of raw materials,and the matrix,the influence of raw materials,inspection methods and sample matrix effects should be considered in the detection.Comparing with the relevant standards and regulations in the European Union and the United States,the quality control measures and suggestions for food composite film bag products were proposed from the enterprise level,government level and consumer level.It was suggested that relevant national departments should revise product standards and hygiene standards of composite film bags as soon as possible,strengthen product quality risk monitoring,and eliminate potential risks.They should establish a professional green packaging evaluation standard system,promote the emergence of new technologies,new business forms and new consumption patterns in the food packaging industry,and provide strong technical support for the realization of green packaging.
