摘  要:通过生物质赖氨酸制备的戊二胺发酵液是存在杂质的多组分体系。本文首先基于高效液质联用技术对戊二胺发酵液进行分离提纯与杂质解析,结果表明戊二胺纯度为91.75%,含8.25%的杂质。以元素分析技术、傅里叶红外光谱测试、核磁共振氢谱等手段对提纯后的戊二胺进行了结构表征。随后以纯化戊二胺和己二酸制备成尼龙56盐,并对其结构进行傅里叶红外测试、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱表征。以乙醇/水=10/1(V/V)的混合液为溶剂进行尼龙56盐的重结晶提纯,并分析提纯后的尼龙56盐中所含元素,测定其紫外线(UV)指数。结果表明重结晶3次后,尼龙56盐的UV指数可以低至1×10^(-5)。The 1,5-pentanediamine fermentation broth,derived from biomass lysine,was a complex system comprising multiple components and impurities.In this study,the highly efficient LMS technology was used to purify the 1,5-Pentanediamine fermentation liquid and analyze its impurities.The results demonstrate that the purity of 1,5-Pentanediamine reaches 91.75%,while the impurity content accounts for 8.25%.To characterize the purified 1,5-Pentanediamine,elemental analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy were utilized.Subsequently,nylon 56 salt was synthesized by 1,5-Pentanediamine and adipic acid,and its structure was characterized using Fourier infrared testing,hydrogen NMR spectroscopy,and carbon spectroscopy.The purified nylon 56 salt underwent recrystallization using a solvent mixture of ethanol and water(ratio of 10∶1,volume ratio),and the elements present in the purified nylon 56 salt were analyzed,along with the determination of their ultraviolet(UV)index.The results reveal that the UV index of nylon 56 salt could be reduced to as low as 1×10^(-5)after three rounds of recrystallization.
