摘 要:利用连续水热反应装置开展了废弃聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料水解研究。结果表明,废弃聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料水解过程大致分为两个阶段,第一阶段废弃塑料水解速率随水解时间延长快速降低,而第二阶段所得水解样品中总碳、总有机碳、总无机碳和总氮含量随时间的变化较第一阶段明显减小。随着温度升高,废弃塑料中碳元素水解生成有机碳和无机碳的量以及氮元素水解程度均增大;随着体系压力升高,废弃塑料水解反应程度略微增大;塑料量增大时,相同水流体与更多的塑料接触,使更多的碳元素和氮元素通过水解反应进入到水流体中。在250℃以及较为温和的压力条件下,即可获得较大量的4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDA)水解产物,对于聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料通过水解进行资源化利用具有重要的启示意义。Hydrolysis of waste flexible polyurethane foams was studied by a continuous reaction set-up.The results indicate that hydrolysis of waste flexible polyurethane foams could be generally divided into two stages,the hydrolysis speed varies with the hydrolysis time,and it decreases rapidly in the first stage.However,in the second stage,the total carbon,total organic carbon,total inorganic carbon and total nitrogen contents of the hydrolyzed samples change slower than in the first stage.With the increase of temperature,the content of organic and inorganic carbon and the degree of nitrogen hydrolysis in waste plastics increases.Whit the increase of system pressure,the hydrolysis reaction degree of waste plastics increases.With the amount of waste plastics increases,the same water fluid contacts with more plastics,therefore more carbon and nitrogen enter the water fluid through hydrolysis reactions.Under moderate pressure and 250℃,the majority of 4,4′-Methylenedianiline(MDA)is identified in the liquid sample,it can be good reference for the recycling use of waste polyurethane foams in the future.
