摘  要:为了丰富3D打印织物结构,解决3D打印面料组织结构单一的问题,对熔融喷丝前后的柔性聚乳酸(PLA)材料进行扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射、拉伸性能测试和分析,证明PLA适合作为纬编单面不均匀提花面料的打印材料。以柔性PLA为材料,通过熔融沉积成型技术对提花组织模型进行打印,制备出3D打印纬编单面不均匀提花面料并对其相关性能进行测试。面料厚度为1.5 mm,打印效果和模拟效果一致,线圈串套明显,提花效果清晰;与腈纶纱在横机编织的单面不均匀提花面料相比,3D打印纬编单面不均匀提花面料的拉伸性、透气性、透湿性良好,刚柔性和顶破性较差。In order to enrich the structure of 3D printed fabrics and solve the problem of single organizational structure of 3D printed fabrics,scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,tensile performance testing and analysis were conducted on flexible polylactic acid(PLA)materials before and after melt spinning.The results show that PLA is suitable as the printing material for weft knitted single sided uneven jacquard fabrics.Using the flexible PLA as the material,the jacquard model was printed by FDM technology,and the 3D printed weft knitted single sided uneven jacquard structure was prepared and its related properties were tested.The thickness of the printed fabric is 1.5 mm.The printing effect is equivalent to the simulation effect.The coil string is obvious and the jacquard effect is clear.Compared with single sided uneven jacquard fabrics of acrylic yarn knitted by flat knitting machines,the 3D printed weft knitted single sided uneven jacquard fabrics have good stretchability,air permeability and moisture permeability,but poor rigidity,flexibility and bursting resistance.
