摘　　要：针对挠性剑杆织机变导程螺杆设计问题,以曲柄转角作为唯一变量,提出变导程螺杆传剑机构建模方法及初始导程边界控制条件与调节方法,给出变导程螺旋线的设计方程;以椭圆比函数作为剑杆运动规律,仿真分析不同椭圆比系数对剑杆初始加速度及变导程螺杆导程曲线的影响。结果表明:剑杆初始加速度不能为0 m/s 2;随着椭圆比系数增加,导程函数初始值增加,但升程阶段导程函数呈现非单调性变化,对应椭圆比系数范围为0.15~0.30;当椭圆比系数为0.2时,2种不同幅宽所对应螺杆导程变化率均约为27%,可为实现不同幅宽织机螺杆系列化设计提供理论参考。Aiming at the design problem of variable lead screw in flexible rapier loom,the modeling method of variable lead screw transmission mechanism and the control condition and adjustment method of initial lead boundary were proposed in this paper,and the design equation of variable lead helix was given.With elliptic ratio function as the rule of rapier movement,the influence of different migration coefficient on rapier initial acceleration and lead curve of variable lead screw was analyzed by simulation.The results show that the initial acceleration of rapier cannot be 0 m/s 2;With the increase of the elliptic ratio coefficient,the initial value of the lead function increases,but the lead function of the lift stage presents a non-monotonic change,corresponding to the elliptic ratio coefficient range of 0.15 to 0.30;When the elliptic ratio coefficient is 0.2,the change rate of the screw leads corresponding to the two different widths is about 27%,which provides a theoretical reference for realizing the screw serialization design of different widths.
