摘 要:为分析锈蚀钢筋的性能及其对混凝土粘结力的影响,首先对某建筑工程的锈蚀钢筋进行现场检测,然后测试锈蚀钢筋的重量偏差和力学性能,接着通过钢筋混凝土拉拔试验测试锈蚀钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结力。检测及试验结果表明,该工程钢筋锈蚀对其重量偏差、力学性能和混凝土的粘结力均无显著影响,锈蚀钢筋的重量偏差及力学性能均满足规范要求,锈蚀钢筋与混凝土的粘结力符合安全要求,但浇筑混凝土前应对锈蚀钢筋进行除锈。In order to analyze the property of corroded steel bars and their impact on concrete bond force,inspection on the corroded steel bars of a construction project on-site was carried out firstly.And then,the weight deviation and mechanical properties of the corroded steel bars were tested.Finally,bond force between corroded steel bars and concrete was tested through pull-out tests.The inspection and experimental results show that the corrosion of the steel bars has no significant impact on their weight deviation,mechanical properties,and the concrete bond force.The weight deviation and mechanical properties of the corroded steel bars meet the requirements of the specifications.The bond force between corroded steel bars and concrete is in accordance with the safety requirements.However,rust of the corroded steel bars should be cleaned before pouring concrete.
