摘　　要：结合大型公共建筑独立基础土方回填工程实例,分析独立基础与地坪发生不均匀沉降的主要原因,探究不均匀沉降预控措施,减少地坪建筑因不均匀沉降而产生开裂等病害。在独立基础肥槽及地坪地基土回填时,通过控制回填材料物理性质指标及填筑施工质量、采用独立基础与地坪协同沉降控制技术、提高混凝土地坪的整体刚度等措施,对独立基础与地坪不均匀沉降具有良好的预控效果。Combined with the earthwork backfill engineering example of the independent foundation of large public buildings,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the uneven settlement between the independent foundation and the floor,studies the pre-control measures of the uneven settlement,and reduces the cracking and other diseases caused by the uneven settlement after construction of the floor.In the backfilling of the independent foundation fertilizer tank and the ground soil,three measures,including controlling the physical property index of the backfill material and the filling construction quality,adopting the co-settlement control technology of the independent foundation and the floor,and improving the overall stiffness of the concrete floor,have a good effect on the pre-control of the uneven settlement of the independent foundation and the floor.
