摘　　要：苏维埃政权从诞生之日起就面临着极其严峻的国内外风险挑战,在缺少前人经验的情况下艰辛探索社会主义道路。七十余年间,苏联取得过世所罕见的辉煌成就,也有过令人痛心的重大失误。苏联历史对一百多年来的全球格局和国际关系产生了巨大而深远的影响,在世界社会主义发展史乃至人类文明进程中占有举足轻重的地位。苏联历史不仅极大地改变了俄国面貌,而且深刻地改变了世界格局,创造出新的人类文明形态。苏联为发展20世纪马克思主义做出了原创性贡献,探索出了人类历史上第一个社会主义现代化理论,推动世界社会主义进入了新阶段。世界百年未有之大变局下,苏联历史更具有重大的理论意蕴和现实启迪:应当推进马克思主义本土化时代化,坚定不移走社会主义道路;加强党的建设,毫不动摇坚持党的全面领导;坚持改革开放,持之以恒促进经济社会协调发展;增强防范意识,坚决抵御敌对势力的“和平演变”战略;推动构建人类命运共同体,始终不渝走和平发展道路。Since its birth,the Soviet regime has faced extremely severe domestic and international risks and challenges,and has been exploring the socialist road with no previous experience.Over the past seventy years,the Soviet Union has achieved remarkable achievements that are rarely seen in the world,and also had major mistakes that are painful to recall.The history of the Soviet Union has had a tremendous and profound impact on the global pattern and international relations for more than one hundred years,and plays a decisive role in the history of world socialism and even the process of human civilization.The history of the Soviet Union not only greatly changed Russia,but also profoundly changed the world pattern and created a new form of human civilization.The Soviet Union made original contributions to the development of Marxism in the 20th century,explored the first socialist modernization theory in human history,and promoted world socialism into a new stage.In the context of the great changes that have not occurred in the world for a hundred years,the history of the Soviet Union has even greater theoretical significance and practical enlightenment.We should promote the localization and modernization of Marxism and unswervingly follow the socialist path.We should strengthen party building,unswervingly adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the party,adhere to reform and opening up,and persistently promote the coordinated development of economy and society.We should enhance the awareness of prevention,resolutely resist the“peaceful evolution”strategy by hostile forces,promote the construction of a community of human destiny,and unswervingly follow the path of peaceful development.
