摘　　要：党的十八大以来,中国民主发展取得了巨大成就,民主理论、民主制度体系、民主发展道路进一步发展完善。中国民主研究也不断深化、成果丰硕,无论是研究视野还是理论深度都迈入了一个新的历史阶段。学界从多维度阐释了“何为中国民主”的基本问题,集中探讨了全过程人民民主、协商民主、民主集中制等新时代民主发展的核心议题,对中国创新性民主政治实践进行了较为全面的理论总结,对中西民主进行比较研究,总结了中国民主对西方民主的超越和对世界政治文明的贡献。着眼于新时代中国特色社会主义民主的发展,要不断激发中国特色社会主义民主的制度优势、理论优势,巩固中国民主自主探索的成果,坚持独立自主地走中国民主发展道路。中国民主研究要在理论上进一步摆脱西方民主理论、民主话语和世界观、方法论的局限,不断深化中国民主实践的理论研究,充分发挥马克思主义民主理论尤其是中国化时代化马克思主义最新成果关于民主的一系列重要论述对民主发展的指导作用,坚持科学的民主评价标准,建构中国自主政治学知识体系,为构建人类政治文明新形态提供理论和实践支撑。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,China’s democratic development has made remarkable achievements,the democratic theory,system,and path of democratic development have been further developed and improved.The study of democracy in China has also been deepening and fruitful and has reached a new historical stage in terms of both research vision and theoretical depth.The academic community has explained the fundamental question of“What is Chinese democracy?”They have focused on the core issues of democratic development in the new era,such as whole-process people’s democracy,consultative democracy,and democratic centralism,and have made a more comprehensive theoretical summary of China’s innovative democratic political practice.Focusing on developing socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is necessary to continuously stimulate the institutional and theoretical advantages of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics,consolidate the achievements of independent exploration of Chinese democracy,and adhere to the separate path of democratic development in China.The study of democracy in China should break away from the limitations of Western democratic theory,democratic discourse,worldviews,and methodology,continuously deepen the theoretical study of democracy practice in China,and give full play to a series of important new theories,new conclusions and new viewpoints on democracy in Marxist democratic theory,especially the latest achievements of Marxism in the Chinese context to guide the development of democracy.The study should also adhere to scientific democratic evaluation standards,build China’s independent political science knowledge system,and construct a new form of human political civilization to provide theoretical and practical support.
