摘 要:大样电解法电解时间长,所需样品质量大,对于纯净度较高的镍基高温合金中的小尺寸非金属夹杂物电解效果不佳。故本研究利用电化学原理,通过选择合适的电解液,对比不同电解参数的电解效果,开发小样电解法表征DZ125合金中的非金属夹杂物,并与Aspex扫描电镜法检测结果进行对比。最终确定的小样电解法的具体步骤为:制备标准尺寸电解试棒;处理半透膜;配制电解液为30 g/L柠檬酸(C_(6)H_(8)O_(7))+15 g/L柠檬酸氨(C_(6)H_(11)NO_(7))+15 g/L(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)+去离子水;在电解装置中电解,电解电位为1.84 V,电流密度为420 mA/cm^(2),每电解10 h后更换电解液,直至将试棒浸入部分电解殆尽;电解完成后,用真空抽滤的方式在0.45μm的微孔滤膜上收集半透膜中的阳极泥;随后采用酸洗的方法分离出非金属夹杂物;最后进行相应检测分析。重复实验的验证结果表明,在夹杂物类型和含量检测方面,小样电解法与Aspex扫描电镜法检测结果基本一致,可以作为DZ125合金中非金属夹杂物的冶金分析方法。The electrolysis time of large sample electrolysis method is long,and the required sample amount is large.Moreover,the electrolysis effect of small-sized non-metallic inclusions in nickel-based superalloys with high-purity is not good.Therefore,the electrolysis effect of different electrolysis parameters was compared by selecting the appropriate electrolyte based on the principle of electrochemistry.The small sample electrolysis method was developed to characterize the non-metallic inclusions in DZ125 alloy,and the detection results were compared with those obtained by Aspex scanning electron microscopy.The specific steps of final small sample electrolysis method were as follows:the preparation of standard size electrolyteic test rods;the treatment of semipermeable membrane;the preparation of electrolyte,i.e.,30 g/L C_(6)H_(8)O_(7)+15 g/L C_(6)H_(11)NO_(7)+15 g/L(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)+deionized water.During the electrolysis in electrolysis device,the potential was 1.84 V,the current density was 420 mA/cm^(2),and the electrolyte was replaced every 10 h until the immersed test rod was completely electrolyzed.After electrolysis,the anode slime in the semi-permeable membrane was collected using 0.45μm microporous membrane by vacuum filtration.Subsequently,the non-metallic inclusions were separated by pickling.Finally,the corresponding detection analysis was conducted.The results of repeated experiments showed that the small sample electrolysis method was basically the same with and Aspex scanning electron microscopy in the detection of inclusion type and content,which could be used as a metallurgical analysis method for non-metallic inclusions in DZ125 alloy.
