摘  要:为解决当前新能源车用高压大电流端子生产过程中存在的产能低、质量不稳定、自动化程度低的问题,文章研制了连接器冠簧端子全自动组装机。自动组装机主要由工位分度机构、簧片上料机构、扭簧机构、铜套上料机构、端子组装机构、端子检测机构、送料振动盘等机构模块组成。在企业投产取得了良好效果,生产节拍达到9.2s/件,产品合格率达到99.3%,只需1人即可监管维护3台自动组装机的生产运行。相比原有半自动人工生产线,端子全自动组装机具有生产效率高、产品质量好、自动化程度高等优势,可满足企业生产需求,实现连接器端子自动化生产。In order to solve the problems of low production capacity,unstable quality,and low degree of automation in the production process of high-voltage and high-current terminals for new energy vehicles,a fully automatic assembly machine for connector crown spring terminals has been developed.The automatic assembly machine is mainly composed of mechanism modules such as station indexing mechanism,spring feeding mechanism,torsion spring mechanism,copper sleeve feeding mechanism,terminal assembly mechanism,terminal detection mechanism,feeding vibration plate,etc.Good results have been achieved in the company's production.The production cycle reaches 9.2 seconds per piece,and the product qualification rate reaches 99.3%.Only one person is needed to supervise and maintain the production and operation of three automatic assembly machines.Compared with the original semi-automatic manual production line,the terminal automatic assembly machine has the advantages of high production eficiency,good product quality and high degree of automation,which meets the production needs of enterprises and realizes the automatic productionof connector terminals.
