摘　　要：一种铁路机车车轮及轮心智能转运机械手主要由C轴水平旋转装置、卡紧装置、翻转装置组成;C轴水平旋转装置主要用于车轮及轮心的空间位置360°无死角水平旋转,卡紧装置用于车轮及轮心的取放,翻转装置用于工件的翻转。文章设计了一款机车车轮及轮心检修转运智能机械手(旋转、卡紧、翻转系统),可提高整个机车车轮及轮心检修作业的规范性。A kind of intelligent transfer manipulator for railway locomotive wheel and wheel center is mainly composed of C-axis horizontal rotating device,clamping device and overturning device C-axis horizontal rotation device is mainly used for the wheel and the wheel center of the space position 360 degrees no dead angle horizontal rotation,clamping device for the wheel and the wheel center to take and put,the turnover device is used for turning the workpiece.The article designs an intelligent transfer manipulator(rotating,clamping,and overturning system)for the maintenance of railway locomotive wheels and wheel centers,which can improve the standardization of the entire locomotive wheel and wheel center maintenance operation.
