摘 要:文章针对三维工艺编制效率低等问题,提出了基于动作点的集成化三维装配工艺设计方案,以装配动作点为核心,将装配操作相关的工艺信息以动作编码的方式有机地组成一个整体。在三维装配工艺设计时,以动作点为基准,一次从动作点库中获取装配操作的全部工艺信息,实现对装卸工艺的快速设计。该系统已在南京中车浦镇车辆厂验证并上线运行,大幅提高了三维装配工艺设计的效率、一致性和准确性。This article proposes an integrated 3D assembly process design scheme based on action points to address issues such as low eficiency in 3D process planning.With assembly action points as the core,the process information related to assembly operations is organically integrated into a whole through action coding.In 3D assembly process design,all process information of assembly operations is obtained from the action point library at once based on action points,The system has been validated and put into operation at CRRC Puzhen Vehicle Factory in Nanjing,achieving rapid design of loading and unloading processes,greatly improving the efficiency,consistency,and accuracyof 3D assemblyprocess design.
