摘 要:印染企业作为浙江绍兴的支柱性产业,其生产设备运行时会排放大量VOCs,该物质是典型的二氧化碳排放源,也是绍兴政府“双碳”目标实现及能效管理的关键点。但目前缺乏行之有效的监测手段,定期巡检无法满足监管需求,存在常规电力监测前期摸排困难、安装复杂、监测不全面、运维成本大等问题。文章提出一种非介入式的电力监测方法。首先对印染企业产污、治污设备工作时的低次谐波和间谐波频谱特征进行分析,并围绕设备启停时频谱特征、功率关联关系等建立典型特征库。基于总表(用电关口表)获取的高频电流数据,经数据处理后与典型特征库进行辨识,进而确定产污、治污设备的启停状态。最后通过了试验分析方法的有效性和可行性。As a pillar industry in Shaoxing,Zhejiang,the printing and dyeing enterprises emit a large amount of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)during the operation of their production equipment,which is a typical source of carbon dioxide emissions and a key point for achieving Shaoxing government's"dual-carbon"target and energy efficiency management.However,there is currently a lack of effective monitoring methods,and regular patrols cannot meet regulatory requirements.The conventional electrical monitoring is difficult to conduct in the early stage,complex to install,incomplete in monitoring,and has high operation and maintenance costs.Therefore,this article proposes a non-invasive electrical monitoring method.Firstly,the low-order and inter-harmonic frequency spectrum characteristics of the pollution and treatment equipment during the operation of printing and dyeing enterprises are analyzed,and a typical feature library is established around the spectrum characteristics and power correlation when the equipment is turned on and off.Based on the high-frequency current data obtained from the total electricity consumption meter,the pollution and treatment equipment's start and stop status are determined through identification with the typical feature library after data processing.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are analyzed through experiments.
