数字经济赋能制造业升级的空间效应研究

摘　　要：数字经济是推动我国经济高质量发展及供给侧结构性改革的新引擎,为制造业升级赋予先进技术与高新技术资源。系统分析了数字经济从串联价值链节点、推动价值跃升、优化空间布局等多方面促进制造业升级的机理,基于2012—2021年我国省级面板数据,构建数字经济评价指标体系,计算价值链攀升角度下制造业升级指数,运用基准回归及空间误差回归分析方法,实证检验数字经济对制造业升级的促进作用及空间溢出机制。研究结果表明,数字经济发展较为显著地促进了制造业升级;数字经济发展对制造业升级具有显著的正向空间溢出效应,且空间溢出效应倾向同时存在于相邻地区间与非相邻地区间。因此,应该加快制造业数字化,引导制造业空间联动,关注数字技术创新人才培养,合理完善相关领域法律条款。Digital economy is a new engine to promote the high-quality development of China's economy and the supplyside structural reform,which powers the manufacturing industry upgrading with advanced technology and high-tech resources.The paper systematically analyzed the mechanism of digital economy promoting the upgrading of manufacturing industry from connecting the value chain nodes,pushing the value leap,and optimizing spatial layout.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2012 to 2021,it constructed an evaluation index system of digital economy,calculated the index of manufacturing industry upgrading in the perspective of value chain upgrading,and empirically tested the promoting effect of digital economy on the upgrading of manufacturing industry and its spatial spillover mechanism with the baseline regression and spatial error regression analysis method.The results show that the development of digital economy has significantly promoted the upgrading of manufacturing industry;and the development of digital economy has a significantly positive spatial spillover effect on the upgrading of manufacturing industry,and the spatial spillover effect tends to exist between neighbouring and non-neighbouring regions at the same time.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate digitalization of manufacturing industry,guide spatial linkage of manufacturing industry,focus on cultivation of digital technology innovation talents,and reasonably improve the legal provisions in related fields.
