摘　　要：“同志,请问你找谁?”前脚刚要迈进新华社新疆分社大门的徐邦,被传达室内探出的脑袋叫住了。陪冰川考察队在山上待了两个月的徐邦,因强烈的高原紫外线,脸被晒得黑,加上又蓄起了茂密的胡须,与两个月前几乎判若两人。他微微一愣,随即摘下了头上的皮帽,笑着对同事说:“我找你,可以吗?”“原来是你回来了!这次采访拍摄怎么样?”As a young person growing up in the compound of Xinhua News Agency,Xu Bang has regarded"authentic recording"as the first criterion for his news photography career over the decades.The self-imposed criterion has become the bottom color of his artistic creation.His professional habit of"concerning about people's life and the social development"has become his perspective onobserving theworldand the times.
