摘 要:进入21世纪后,高性能混凝土结构的设计更加强调耐久性,混凝土减水剂已经成为现代混凝土材料的关键组分。由于混凝土原材料的波动性及长距离运输,易导致减水剂相容性差、坍损大等现象。文中通过引入改性淀粉,调节反应温度、选择合适原材料,在分子结构设计时控制减水剂在水泥颗粒和水化产物上的吸附速率,同时,引入具有高黏结性能组分,以提高混凝土和易性以及分阶段延缓混凝土坍落度损失。After entering the 2lst century,the design of high performance concrete structure emphasizes the durability,and the concrete water reducing agent has been used as a key component of modern concrete materials.Due to the volatility of concrete raw materials and long distance transportation,it also leads to the poor compatibility of water reducing agent.In this study,we introduced modified starch,adjusted the reaction temperature and selected appropriate raw materials,controlled the adsorption rate of water reducing agent on cement particles and hydration products in the molecular structure design,and introduced components with high bonding performance to improve the workability of concrete and delay the loss of concrete slump in stages.
