摘　　要：文中主要阐述了建筑工程后注浆灌注桩与承台底板结合、后注浆量及压力控制、地下水位监测、地下室抗浮方案设计、地下室抗浮施工的技术要点和注意事项。The article mainly elaborates on the combination of post grouting pile and bearing platform bottom plate in construction engineering,post grouting quantity and pressure control,groundwater level monitoring,design of basement anti floating plan,technical points and precautions for basement anti floating construction.
