工程投资概算过程中的风险管理研究

摘　　要：为降低工程投资概算过程中的风险,提高工程投资概算的规范性,文中开展工程投资概算过程中的风险管理方法的设计研究。通过引进层次分析法,构建风险因素结构模型,构建风险清单,并将识别到的风险因素划分为不同的等级。采用九级标度法,对二级风险因素进行重要性、风险等级的划分,通过风险因素规避与集中管理,完成风险管理方法的设计。结果表明,设计的方法不仅可实现对投资中风险因素的精准识别与及时排查,还可将投资概算中不同类别资金的风险值控制在相对较低的水平。In order to reduce the risk in the process of project investment budget and improve the standardization of project investment budget,the design and research of risk management method in the process of project investment budget in this paper.Introduce the hierarchical analysis method to construct the structure model of risk factors,to construct the risk list,and to divide the identified risk factors into different grades;the nine-level scale method is adopted to classify the importance and risk grade through risk factor avoidance and centralized management.The results show that the design method can not only realize the accurate identification and timely investigation of the risk factors in the investment,but also control the risk value of different types of funds in the investment budget at a relatively low level.
