摘  要:目的研究稀释离心法在病毒灭活试验中对残留消毒剂去除的效果。方法配制900 mg;L有效氯消毒液,与脊髓灰质炎I型病毒(PV-I)悬液混匀后,设置0.5、2.5、5.0和7.5 min 4个作用时间,采用悬液定量法和病毒灭活试验检测稀释离心法对残留消毒剂的稀释去除效果。结果第1、2组平均TCID50的对数值分别为1.11和1.22,第3、4、5组平均TCID50的对数值分别为6.39、6.33和6.11,且3组间误差率为5.06%,表明稀释离心法能有效去除含氯消毒剂的残留作用。结论采用稀释离心法能够有效去除病毒灭活试验中残留的消毒剂。Objective To study the elimination effect of residual disinfectant in virus inactivation test by centrifugation method with dilution.Methods Effective chlorine content of 900 mg;L disinfectant was prepared and mixed with the polioviru-I(PV-I)virus suspension.Four treatment group were set with treatment time of 0.5,2.5,5.0 and 7.5 min,respectively.Suspension quantification method and virus inactivation test were used to detect the elimination effect of centrifugation method with dilution on residual disinfectant.Results The average TCID50 log value of group 1 and 2 was 1.11 and 1.22,respectively.The average TCID50 log value of the third,fourth and fifth groups were 6.39,6.33 and 6.11,respectively,and the error rate among the three groups was 5.06%,indicating that centrifugation method with dilution could effectively remove the residual effect of chlorine-containing disinfectants.Conclusion The centrifugation method with dilution can effectively remove the residual disinfectant in the virus inactivation test.
