摘 要:目的了解医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)空气压缩机使用及管理现状。方法采用问卷调查方法,对国内部分医疗机构CSSD空气压缩机使用情况进行调查。结果本次调查结果中涉及综合医院1765家,以科室分散式供气最多,占总体的39.1%;医院集中式供气和科室集中供气分别占27.2%和22.3%。在压缩空气输出管路上安装过滤器的医院占34.0%。空气压缩机有产品说明书的占87.2%,无专门维护人员和保养管理制度的医院分别占4.6%和72.5%。能对压缩空气湿度和微生物进行监测的医院分别占8.6%和9.4%。结论国内医院CSSD压缩空气的使用与维护情况不容乐观,应提高医疗气体卫生质量。Objective To understand the current situation of the use and management of air compressors in hospital central sterile supply department.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the use of air compressors in central sterile supply department(CSSD)of some medical institutions in China.Results The survey results involved 1765 general hospitals,with the largest decentralized air supply in departments,accounting for 39.1%of the total.Centralized gas supply in hospitals and departments accounted for 27.2%and 22.3%respectively,34.0%of hospitals installed filters in compressed air output lines,87.2%of air compressors had product manuals,and 4.6%and 72.5%of hospitals didn't have special maintenance personnel and maintenance management systems,respectively.Hospitals that could monitor compressed air humidity and microorganisms were 8.6%and 9.4%,respectively.Conclusion The use and maintenance of compressed air in CSSD is not optimistic,and it is necessary to improve the hygiene quality of medical gas.
