摘　　要：目的研究消毒供应中心(CSSD)细节一体化管理方案构建及对消毒质量的影响。方法将采取细节一体化管理方案前后处理的器械各900件分别作为对照组和观察组,通过卫生监测和现场观察的方法,对2组器械涉及的相关指标进行观察和比较。结果观察组物体表面消毒质量合格率、器械清洗合格率和器械包装合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的物品补充时间、取物时间以及物品准备时间均短于对照组,包装破损率和湿包发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CSSD细节一体化管理方案的实施可显著提升消毒质量。Objective To study the construction of a detailed integrated management plan for the central sterile supply department(CSSD)and its impact on disinfection quality.Methods A total of 900 pieces of devices treated before and after the detailed integrated management plan were used as the control group and observation group,and the relevant indexes involved in the two groups of devices were observed and compared.Results The qualified rate of surface disinfection,instrument cleaning and packaging in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The replenishment time,retrieval time and preparation time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The packaging damage rate and wet bag incidence rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the integrated management plan for CSSD details can significantly improve the quality of disinfection.
