摘　　要：目的了解杭州市不同类别医疗机构污水消毒的合格率。方法2020—2022年现场采集杭州市1155家不同类别医疗机构污水,依据GB 18466-2005《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》方法,对污水样本的粪大肠菌群进行每月1次的监测及评价。结果共检测1155家医疗机构污水样本41580份,总合格率为98.99%。2020-2022年的合格率依次为99.75%、98.96%和98.25%,3年的合格率呈显著下降趋势(P<0.001)。公立医院、社区卫生服务机构、民营医院和个体诊所的污水3年总合格率分别为99.22%、99.58%、98.46%和98.94%。民营医院和个体诊所的合格率随年份呈显著下降趋势(P<0.001)。口腔诊所在个体诊所类型医疗机构中合格率最低,为98.50%。结论杭州市各级医疗机构污水消毒效果较好,民营医院和口腔诊所污水消毒处理仍需加强规范管理。Objective To investigate the qualification rate of sewage disinfection in different types of medical institutions in Hangzhou.Methods From 2020 to 2022,sewage from 1155 different types of medical institutions in Hangzhou was collected on site,and the fecal coliform bacteria of sewage samples were monitored and evaluated once a month according to the method of GB 18466—2005"Water Pollutant Discharge Standards for Medical Institutions".Results A total of 41580 sewage samples from 1155 medical institutions were tested,and the overall qualification rate was 98.99%.From 2020 to 2022,the qualification rates were 99.75%,98.96%and 98.25%,and the qualification rates in 3 years showed a significant downward trend(P<0.001).The three-year total qualification rate of sewage in public hospitals,community health service institutions,private hospitals and individual clinics were 99.22%,99.58%,98.46%and 98.94%,respectively.The qualification rate of private hospitals and individual clinics showed a significant downward trend with the year(P<0.001).Dental clinics had the lowest qualification rate among individual clinic-type medical institutions,at 98.50%.Conclusion The sewage disinfection effect of various medical institutions in Hangzhou is good,and the standardized management of sewage disinfection treatment in private hospitals and dental clinics still needs to be strengthened.
