摘　　要：目的了解信息护士岗位在消毒供应中心应急手术器械管理中的作用。方法通过实际应用观察方法,对设立信息护士岗位在应急手术器械处理中的作用进行评价。结果设立信息护士岗位后提交应急手术器械的数量和应急手术器械处理延误数量明显低于设立之前。器械应用和处理相关人员对信息护士的作用满意度分别为92.86%和100.00%。结论在应急手术器械的管理中设立信息护士可提高手术器械处理质量,提高应急手术器械的供应效率,获得满意的效果。Objective To understand the role of information nurses in the management of emergency surgical instruments in central sterile supply department.Methods The role of setting up information nurse positions in emergency surgical instrument handling were evaluated through practical application observation.Results The number of emergency surgical instruments submitted and the number of delays in handling emergency surgical instruments after the establishment of the information nurse position were significantly lower than those of before.The satisfaction rates of equipment application and processing personnel with the role of information nurses were 92.86%and 100.00%,respectively.Conclusion Establishing information nurses in the management of emergency surgical instruments can improve the quality of surgical instrument processing,improve the supply efficiency of emergency surgical instruments,and achieve satisfactory results.
