摘 要:针对某既有钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震加固改造项目中存在的问题,提出了采用外设装配式自复位构件对钢筋混凝土框架进行抗震加固的方法,即对既有框架梁、柱采用增大截面法加固,沿框架梁并排安装预制梁构件,预制梁内通长设置无黏结预应力筋并锚固于框架柱外侧,预制梁与框架柱之间设置耗能钢筋,使被加固框架在给定的性能设计目标下获得一定的自复位能力。为验证该方法的加固效果,设计并制作了3榀平面框架结构试件,对其进行了拟静力试验研究,其中1榀为未加固的对比试件,2榀为采用外设装配式自复位构件加固的框架试件。试验结果表明:外设装配式自复位构件加固法可以显著提高钢筋混凝土框架结构的抗震承载力和延性,耗能能力显著增强,同时,在一定层间位移角范围内,加固框架的残余变形明显小于未加固框架,震后自主复位能力显著增强。对试验进行了精细化有限元仿真分析,有限元分析结果与试验结果符合较好。该加固方法可与性能化抗震加固设计相结合,以实现基于位移的性能化加固设计需求。In view of the problems existed in the seismic strengthening and reconstruction project of an existing reinforced concrete frame structure,a method using attached prefabricated self-centering members to strengthen the reinforced concrete frames is proposed.That is,the existing frame beams and columns are strengthened by enlarging section method,and prefabricated beam members are installed side by side along the frame beams.Unbonded prestressed tendons are installed throughout the length of the prefabricated beams and anchored to the outer side of the frame columns.Energy dissipating steel bars are installed between prefabricated beams and frame columns,so that the reinforced frame can obtain certain self-centering ability under the given performance design objective.In order to verify the strengthened effect of this method,three plane frame structure test specimens were designed and constructed,and the quasi-static test was carried out.Among them,one specimen was the non-strengthened comparative specimen,and two specimens were the frame structure specimens strengthened with attached prefabricated self-centering members.The test results show that the method can significantly improve the seismic capacity and ductility of the reinforced concrete frame structure,and the energy dissipation capacity is significantly enhanced.The residual deformation of the strengthened specimen is significantly smaller than that of the non-strengthened specimen within a certain range of inter-story drift ratio,and the self-centering capacity after the earthquake is significantly enhanced.The refined finite element simulation analysis is carried out for the test,and the finite element analysis results are in good agreement with the test results.This method can be combined with the performance-based seismic strengthening design to meet the demand of displacement based performance-based strengthening design.
