长输管道集中调控关键技术应用现状分析

摘  要:随着长输管道管网互通互联、量级扩大,对管道运行控制理念、技术、设备和管理模式提出新的要求和挑战,集中体现在提高数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)的稳定性、安全性和可靠性。提出了长输管道SCADA系统设计的基本技术要求,包括远程控制、备用控制中心、网络通信系统和报警等,介绍了管道集中调控中的地理信息系统(GIS)、决策支持系统(DSS)、仿真技术和优化运行技术应用情况,针对管道集中调控技术的智能化、系统化和集成化发展趋势进行展望。With the expansion of interconnection and capacity of the long-distance transportation pipeline network,new requirements and challenges are put forward for the control concept,technology,equipment and management mode for the pipeline operation,which are mainly reflected in improving the stability,security and reliability of the supervisory control and data acquisition system(SCADA).The basic technical requirements for the system design of SCADA has been proposed,including remote control,backup control centers,network communication systems,and alarms and so on.The application situation of GIS,DSS,simulation technology and optimized operation technology in pipeline centralized control are introduced.The development trend of intelligent,systematic and integrated pipeline centralized regulation technology is prospected.
