摘 要:以某丙烯腈装置硫铵废液治理为例,分别从工艺流程、主要工艺参数、自控方案、节能和环保等方面,阐述了“制用酸一体化技术”在硫铵废液治理中的应用,着重介绍了“制用酸一体化技术”中的控制方案,安全联锁方案以及可燃有毒气体检测系统。该技术将硫铵废液生产成成品硫酸供丙烯腈装置使用,既避免了硫铵废液的污染问题,又解决了生产用酸不足的问题,实现了硫铵废液的零排放及硫资源的循环利用,值得推广应用。Taking the treatment of ammonium sulfate waste liquid generated from a acrylonitrile plant as an example,the application of “integrated acid production and use technology” in the treatment of ammonium sulfate waste liquid is introduced from the aspects of process flow,main process parameters,automatic control system,energy saving and environmental protection respectively.The control scheme,the main safety interlocking scheme and the flammable and toxic gas detection system are highlighted in the “integrated acid production and use technology”.Sulfuric acid is produced from ammonium sulfate waste liquid for acrylonitrile plant by using the technology,which not only avoids the pollution problem of ammonium sulfate waste liquid,but also solves the problem of insufficient acid for production,and the application of the technology has achieved zero discharge of ammonium sulfate waste liquid and the recycling of sulfur resources,which is worth popularizing and applying.
