摘　　要：针对石化企业水务业务数字化转型的要求,从运行自动化建设、数据信息化建设、决策智能化建设、智能化验技术开发与应用等方面介绍石化企业智慧水务建设思路与实践,通过数字孪生技术、智能优化技术、智能预测预警技术、智能应急处理技术等技术的应用,实现水务信息化和智能化开发和数字化转型,并有助于建设智慧水务平台,支撑水务业务管理方式和业务全面创新提升,大幅降低对操作人员的依赖。Aiming at the digital transformation requirements in the water business sector of petrochemical enterprises,the concept and practice of intelligent water business in petrochemical companies are introduced,focusing on aspects such as automation,data digitization,decision-making intelligence,and the development and application of intelligent testing technologies.By using technologies such as digital twinning,intelligent optimization,smart forecasting and alerting,and intelligent emergency response,the digitization and intelligent transformation of water business are achieving,the construction of a intelligent water business platform is facilitated,innovative improvements in water business practices are supported,and reliance on operational personnel is reduced significantly.
