摘 要:随着环境保护要求日益严格,粉尘污染的检测和治理也越来越被重视。阐述了粉尘浓度测量常用的方法,重点研究一种基于前向散射的粉尘浓度传感器,介绍了该传感器总体设计方案,以及关键部件的设计。某公司根据该传感器设计方案试制了样机,通过测试表明:该传感器在7天零点漂移测试和量程漂移测试的结果均满足设计要求,并具有小型化,易操作,测量精度高的特点。With the environmental protection requirements becoming stricter ad stricter,the detection and control of dust pollution are also being paid more and more attention.The common measurement for dust concentration is expounded,one dust concentration sensor based on forward scattering technology are stressed,the overall design scheme of the sensor and the key components are introduced.A company has developed a prototype based on the sensor design scheme.The practical application test indicates the sensor meets the design requirements in both the 7d zero drift test and range drift test results.The device has the characteristics of miniaturization,easy operation and high measurement accuracy.
